Next clue:

This should be the place to see Tornado with a different tender on coal trains, but I got lost.

A day and a half without any guesses, I suppose I'd better give a hint.

It is a terminus and the answer is composed of a synonym and an anagram.

I did look at this after you first posted and was stumped.

I could see that Tornado was probably a synonym, and the' "I" got lost' suggested an anagram of previous words, but couldn't figure out which words were involved.

Terminus did not help so much as to confirm, once found, the best fit.

Nice test though :)

Furious Initial Outburst

24hr clue.

It's not a terminus :)
It's in Sussex

Looks like Frant to me. Open floor if I am correct.

I saw Sugar Loaf, but could not understand why it answers the clue?
Can you explain please?

Ok, no reply within 24hrs.

My thoughts:
Great Western Railway's short = gwr or gwrs
combined as an anagram with
television production = drama or serial or soap or something else?

Is that anywhere near?

Well you did give a good reply, but I missed it.

OK, another one:

cerebral coin in a mix
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Thinking of another word for cerebral would be the best place to start,
Station is in London fare zone 3

Gallions Reach

Mmm... Was a good guess

It was, but if you are using 'coin' to get to 'gallions', you're looking at it wrong.;)
Think GWR.

Incidentally, how can you have joined last year and yet have just three posts - all of which have been in this thread?

It would seem that posts only increment up in the Main Forums, where I have left little comment; 3 in fact.
