Assuming that Seacook's guess of Esher is correct then my guess for his clue is Royston - arrived at with "A story about not very much" - but I will wait until both are confirmed correct or otherwise before posting the next clue. (Sorry not to practise what I preach: posted this while I had the guess in my head and before I go to work.)I'm reasonably confident that this is Esher (fresher with FR removed).

Esher was correct
Seacook had given the explanation so I felt no need to confirm as he had set another clue. If he had been incorrect then I would have said so
