Concerning the Republic of Ireland's second city, and the river on which it lies; supposing said river to be -- sadly -- heavily polluted ... station is on the "Other Island": but, one might read its name as a comment on the aforesaid situation (omitting river's final letter).

Just to clarify, Folca's Stone is the Anglo Saxon name from which Folkestone is derived.
