Hello drivers

Been offered a job as a driver for Crossrail at old oak common. Hoping some old oak drivers could share what the work is like at the moment, what routes do Old Oak do...west side or east or the whole lot?

I heard there is a lot of spare jobs while work is still being completed, but is it a good environment?

I'm sure it is but any info would be great for myself and other potential drivers considering a switch.
