Crossing Keeper

Hi Guys

Recently applied for NR Crossing Keeper Grade 2 based at SWCC, Cardiff. I have completed the online assessment and await securing an interview invite so maybe getting I'm getting ahead of myself bUt I'm trying to get as much info as possible but so far reading up on the role it's not much out there.

So what I want to know is what to expect in the interview? Any questions to look out for? Anything that I could do to prepare myself better?

What's a typical day for a crossing keeper like? I understand this is controlling crossings via CCTV? so when does a crossing keeper know when to lower and raise the barriers I'm assuming it's managing more than one crossing.
