Hello guys,

This is my first post despite viewing the forum lots... I have noticed recently that there have been a lot of Retail Service Manager jobs up, i have been lucky enough to be selected to go to one of their assessment days i was just wondering if anyone has been through the recruitment for CrossCountry recently??

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

There will be basic tests including a role play (or group exercise) from what I can remember and then also an managers interview, normally all on the same day.
