Hi folks,

I have an assessment and possibly an interview tomorrow with CrossCountry Trains. What sort of questions are they likely to ask during the interview if I reach that stage? I've already been given one question and would like to know if there's any more. Thanks.

Probably unfair and will seem like I'm picking on you which I'm not so I apologise if it looks that way buuuuuut. Why is it so common for people on this board to ask for extremely helpful information without giving the full details in their original post. No-one has a clue what job role you are applying for so before anyone is able to offer you their generous assistance, they have to fish for more information from you. If you're applying for a Retail Role, the questions will be vastly different than if you're applying for a Qualified Driver role.

How did you get on, when presenting for your given question were you given any tools or did you have to go off memory?

Ie PowerPoint or flip chart, how did you find group excercise?
