CrossCountry Assessment

Hi, I've been invited to an Assessment event as a Qualified Train Driver, for CrossCountry and wondered if anyone else has been to this before and if they can give me any information as to what to expect? Many thanks in advance.

I've never done one but some of the lads in our place that have mentioned that they asked questions about the contents of that weeks wons so have a good read of that.
