Oooft those last few were pretty intense. Fingers crossed they don’t keep us waiting too long to find out whether we got to the next stage.

I had the extension email too. The 2 attempt rule, when they talk about 'assessment' does that refer to if you have been invited to the initial online tests, or if you make it to the assessment centre? I completed the 2 initial tests for a GWR job a few years ago but unfortunately didn't get any any further. Does that mean this is my second and last attempt?
TIA

No, you only get 2 attempts at proper psychometrics. This doesn’t count as that

If any of us actually pass haha, is the next stage psychometrics then an interview?
If it's like previous recruitment drives, you will have the DMI next. Of course that may change this time as those of us from the original adverts in this post have already differed in process.

Ah I see. If we’ve passed them already this year with another TOC do we have to do them again?
No, if you’ve passed them already. Just just need to tell XC when you get to that stage. They’ll need your National Insurance number to check

That spatial awareness test was a total headf*ck. Thankfully I already passed the OPC psychometric test last May with another TOC so hopefully no more headaches

I take it we have to pass this initial lot of tests before we tell them about passing the OPC? I failed at the Avanti enhanced standard but passed the national standard.

I would certainly recommend you mention that you have passed OPC as part of your interview. The "Enhanced Standard" is specific to certain companies Cross-country do not have an enhanced standard to pass

Absolute joke that Spatial ability test! Haha the Avanti one was easier than this and that’s enhanced stats.
Assuming the DMI being the next step I’d think they would ask then…

Cheers mate will do! Although that spatial assessment was a nightmare don’t even remember the early Avanti stuff to be that hard.
