I had my DMI at Cambridge yesterday, took about an hour, it seemed to go well, the Managers were really nice and very down to earth and relaxed but i'll find out late January hopefully. This was the format if it helps anyone;
Manager introductions,
My introduction, "Tell us about yourself".
Six MMI style questions, answer using the STAR principle,
I think they meant to ask me what I knew about Cross Country after the MMI questions but they didn't go back to it.
"Whats your sick record like?",
"Are you subject to any discipline procedures?",
"Have you any pre-booked commitments for next year?"
"Are you in a talent pool for anywhere else?",
Psychometric testing to be completed by applicants who have been successful at interview stage.
4 external applicants and 6 internal applicants (who are being interviewed after Christmas) at Cambridge for 2 spaces.
Two 16 week residential, 8 person courses at Derby, penciled in as one for February 26th and one in June.
