I am in the same boat. Passed my tests with tfw last year but failed the DMI. Hoping for better luck this time round

I passed the OPC tests previously with XC (within the last 12 months) and has to re-do them for this application. Might be worth a friendly chaser email

I received the email with a link to fill in details for the OPC, have received nothing since. Still shows ‘online testing’ on my profile. Managed to get some contacts (from helpful people on here) at XC recruitment and emailed them along with their generic recruitment email yet I don’t get any response from them. Not really sure where to go from here it’s so frustrating

Double check all of your email folders and possibly contact OPC rather than XC as its them who send the test link

Been checking emails daily since i realised people had started receiving their assessment. Contacted Xc cust relations to see if their recruitment had a phone number and they gave me a contact email at the OPC so fingers crossed I get some sort of answer

Me too! I’ve done all OPC testing and passed with my MMI and still had to do the RAAT.

I Passed OPC in April this year.

just had an update thankfully, seems a few people did not receive the assessment and recruitment are working through a list to get it sorted

Oh wow, that's a big c**k up from XC.

Did you get this information from XC or the OPC if you don't mind?

I'm hoping they rectify this and give the lads who haven't received the link to the tests a chance also. My friend put alot of work into his application (as you all have) and it would be unfair to exclude him because someone at XC recruitment has C**ked up!

Oooh, in that case, there might be a delay with getting an answer back from them regarding the next phase, until this is sorted out.
We’ll have to wait and see I guess.

Overreaction much? A human error, nothing malicious. Clearly they are making amends and those who were missed will take the test in due course.

Remember this is for 2024 talent pool, not immediate hire (though some may) so time is not an issue.

This remains to be seen if they are going to give people who didn't receive the link to the test a chance to take it.

Just lucky @Bon managed to get through to XC and get an answer. Far as I know they haven't reached out to the applicants who missed out with an update.

Yes I guess I have rather presumed they will, but seeing as they said they are working through a list, it does sound like they are checking for however many people have been missed and go from there.

I do know that there is normally only 1 member of staff dealing with recruitment at XC so I'm sure it's just a case of letting them do what they need to

mine has moved to App in prog for both the depots i've applied for, i know they'll have to cancel one if you progress at some point so maybe its because its talent pool?
