Cross london transfer

I'm sure a previous thread answered it, but the details given were slightly confusing as it involved two seperate transfers, but my question is...

Is an Anytime Single ticket HML > TWI, route any permitted, valid for a journey from Euston > Waterloo on the tube?

The absense of a cross-London transfer symbol does not necessarily mean it is not valid via London, as per the RG.

If the Anytime Single ticket price is £14-00, I would say that yes, it should be.

However the absence of the cross does mean it is not valid on Most LUL services including Euston to Waterloo

Afraid that isn't quite correct. There are instances of some tickets without a '+' symbol but are still valid for a cross-London transfer.

E.G. There are two routes for walk-up fares for Penzance to Inverness: 'Any Permitted' and '+London'.

The FOS and FOR for the 'Any Permitted' are more expensive than the '+London' and, as such, they permit travel via London, including any cross-London journey as necessary.

Avantix says there's a Not London Anytime Single at £10.90 and the same +Any Permitted at £14 valid via London. It should be quicker going down the West London Line though on a LM service to Clapham Junction then preferably a fast Reading train to Twickenham if the times work.
