Traincrew bases are Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Derby (drivers only), Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, Bounemouth, Plymouth, Manchester, possably Crewe but that would again be drivers only, i think its just a training base though.

tie, shirt and red anorak! Personally think they should be in Arriva Uniform.

They couln't do that, they don't want the general public knowing XC is run by Arriva surely

The XC uniform is getting changed, trials were apparently sent out last year. The current uniform was only temporary.

No way should they be in Arriva uniform...have you seen it!!

I love the Virgin West coast platform staff winter uniforms. You can pull into a station, look out of the window and wonder if youve actually arrived in russia when you see what they have on.

Some XC staff have been trying some designs out (pics in the staff magazine) and I do say, it does look nice. Heard today that the new supplier takes over in May.

The VWC uniform is the best in my opinion - it looks very professional and attractive at the same time. :)

FGW uniform is like everything FGW, it all has to be blue and have Dynamic Lines, still looks quite good though imo.

I think my personal favourite is FGW's.

Our coats are flipping warm - but company issued trousers apparently compare to tissue paper!
