Do the Cross country voyagers have power points at the seats? For a 3 pin plug.

At tables yes. And the staff only ones with high voltage but you can't use them.

Yes, it's their old TOC-mates the Pendolinos that only have them at tables.

In airline seats they're on the wall at the tables they're under the table next to the wall.
