There's some basic Maths and English tests, a ticket selling test, a ticket checking test and a group activity.
If you pass all of them, you get a 40-45 min interview with your would be manager and their manager.
The tests are pretty straight forward as long as you're not braindead. The group activity consists of taking a flash card with a statement on it, giving your opinion on the statement, then opening it up to the group for discussion for a few minutes. They look at body language just as much as what you say. They're not judging your opinion, they're looking at how you communicate. Defend your point, but don't be agressive, and if there's someone who's not speaking up much, extra points if you bring them into the conversation.
The interview is your bog standard one. Lots of "give a example where..." etc. Good luck!
