Cross Country HST set on a Sunday?

Sat in the window of the gym at Millhouses (just north of Dore & Totley station in Sheffield) having a rest and just seen a Cross Country HST set heading southbound.

Thought they didn't use them on a Sunday?

They use more on Sundays than at any time of the week! You can see the diagrams here.
