Cross Country Advance Ticket Release Day

Does anyone know if Cross Country release their advance fares on a specific day every week? I know from experience East Coast always seem to release their advance fares on a Thursday, so I wondered if Cross Country do something similar.

I'm not sure about Cross Country, but although East Coast used to release on a Thursday they currently seem to release the first and major tranche around 10am on a Friday, with some further releases as late as the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
