Critera Based Interview - Leeds

I have being invited to attend a criteria based interview for the driver role in Leeds next week. I don't want to ask too many questions at work because I have not being a guard that long. Is this the interview where they ask me to describe certain situations I have being involved with? or is it more like "why do you want to work at northern?" type questions?

Any help is welcome:)

The official definition of criteria is the principle by which something may be judged or decided. Therefore, I should imagine that a 'criteria based' interview would be more about yourself, with the structured interview (why do you want to work at Northern? etc) coming later.

Is this for Northern Rail?

I ask as I have a driver interview for Leeds next week too, but my email said it was an 'Example based' interview.
