Are there any photographic restrictions at Crewe Station? As long as one follows the usual guildlines and uses common sense are there any problems?
Thanks

And if you're going to be there any length of time then tell them beforehand, it's only courteous. Tripods are a sore point at a lot of stations, platform extremeties are better than being in the central areas using them.Like every other station. Just dont use flash and you will be ok.
Why are flashes and tripods frowned upon?
There was a person at Warrington Bank Quay a few weeks ago who turned up with a DSLR with a flash gun. He was very quickly told what to do with his flash.ainsworth74 said:Flashes can distract drivers attention or in dark conditions ruin their night vision/blind them and therefore are a safety issue.
Also, some freight passes underneath the station. You can see the trains passing under from a footbridge off Platform 12 but none are photographable from the bridge.
