Courier, Ranger & Phoenix

An update from the past several days. Wet days I should add! On Friday I visited the SVR just as something to do, and to my surprise, D1013 'Western Ranger' was out doing driver training runs, then the day after D1062 'Western Courier' worked its scheduled turns over the SVR. It was like a tiny WR gala for me at least!
That evening 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresely' was seen on 'The Cathederals Express' near Old Milverton and the following day 31289 is seen traversing the Northampton & Lamport.

Thanks for the comments! My thinking is, save up and get the best rather than buying mediocre lenses for less, then realising only L will do. Much as I did when I started, but it didn't take me long to realise.
