Could Northern's branding be improved?

It'd be nice if Northern could get a brand image and livery designed with an actual budget for once, their livery is the worst in the country by a long shot.

No more App Store, no more website, appliance white and doom blue.

In the current climate where the budget for rail is limited would this really be a good use of funds?
