Could Heavy Haul Rail, merge with Colas?

Past few days have heard from some Train enthusiats at the train stations in the West Midlands area, that Heavy Haul Rail, might emerge with Colas, due to Heavy Haul Rail not doing so well, to become one business looking after Infrastructure and Stone traffic, exactly the same as the both seperate business units do now.

But both, becoming Colas only , and Heavy Haul Rail formely Freightliner Heavy Haul, ceasing to exist.

Is it possible Heany Haul Rail , could emerge with Colas?

Would it offer better competition say with Gbrf Railfreight?

Or is.it just wibble gossip amongst Train Enthusiasts,?
