Does anyone know what happened to the Cotton Mill Express? According to a report in 2010, it was very successful and was planned to run once a month.

THE Cotton Mill Express will steam away from Manchester Victoria tomorrow for its inaugural tour.

The elegant locomotive, which recaptures the spirit of the golden age of rail, will travel along a 100-mile Pennine route once a month after a trial in November proved immensely popular.

Only 20 seats on the 400-seat train remain available for tomorrow's trip.

However I cannot find any details on what happened afterwards, or why it stopped running.

I'm happy to be corrected here but hasn't the tour company Past Time Rail gone out of business? There is a similar tour that has run a couple of times per year since then known as the Tin Bath, this is operated I think by Railway Touring Company.
