I was just wondering does this group intend to bring their class 45 and 26 back to the mainline???? I know slightly random but I don't have a clue.

When have they had a 26?? Don't you mean 33202?

Isn't the 45 owned by someone else now?

It would be great to see 45112 out and about again, such a good performer :)

The Cotswold Mainline Diesel Group (not to be confused with Cotswold Rail, who appeared several years after the CMDG) own 26043 and 45149. As far as I'm aware, they have no plans to go mainline with their engines. However, both are making good progress and the Peak has just been reunited with its power unit for the first time since it arrived at the G-WR.

My mistake, apologies

Isn't the 26 nearing completion? :)

 45112?? Great performer?! Are you mad :p I went on a tour with that heap, failed 5 times before terminating at Leicester, when it should have been going to Exeter

Well it was brilliant when it took load 11 from Newtown to Edinburgh and back, faultless, and early most of the way! Stormed up Shap both ways :)

You must have had it when it wasn't well taken care of.
