Hi all

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread..

Can a COSS place PLBs without the PS ticket in a possession?

Finding multiple booklets showing no, you need PS to carry the work out.. but supervisor and manager are saying otherwise.. not saying that they are wrong as they have a lot of knowledge between them.. just find it odd how there’s a PS 1 day course, but asking a COSS to put out PLBs on a possession coming up?

do you know where that is in writing? I can’t find it anywhere, coss hand book shows you can do it, PS course says otherwise

Sounds like a question for the course manager / line manager. If you can highlight the specific discrepancy, I’m sure they will provide guidance.
