The cheap fares haven't been released for those dates yet. (See here.) You will probably be better off asking again when they have been.
There are some possible itineraries involving just one change, at Bristol Temple Meads. You will have to split your tickets however, as the through ticket will not be valid that way.

Cheapest Flybe fare Southampton/Glasgow those days is £144(including a checked bag). Cosham to Southampton airport is 19 miles,by taxi that would be maybe £30 each way so thats over £200 total.
SVR Cosham to Glasgow with railcard is £105.75. Advances,when they go on sale will be much cheaper,booking early you could probably get a good deal on a first class advance.
Sure,flying is a lot quicker but I would baulk at paying twice the price,and many people loath all the security hassle at airports.
It's unwise to say that rail is always better than other forms of transport, and it's equally as unwise to say that flying is always better than rail. Although Paul1609 didn't say exactly that, just that rail wasn't viable competition, it's as near as it can possibly be in my book!
It's all down to individual choice, and most people will consider different things when they come to make a decision. That will include the frequency of services, comfort, speed, cost, convenience, accessibility and may include such things as fear of one particular mode of transport as well.
For many, flying will be their decision on a route from the south of England to Glasgow. For others, a train via London and either the west or east coast works. Some might choose to go via Southampton, Reading and Birmingham to avoid the cross London journey. A few might find the route via Bristol a better choice, though I wouldn't go that way myself.
The point is that there are plenty of factors to be considered before making the choice, and it's usually a balance or compromise between them that leads to a final decision to be made.

If cost is an issue consider Train to Gatwick and Easyjet. Security hassles at any of the airports is considerably less than taking the apparently necessary hold baggage on a cross London interchange by tube or indeed trying to find space for it on a Pendolino. Sorry but London to Glasgow is stretching it by rail. South Coast is a non starter.
