I understand one of the objectors, The Countryside Council For Wales(CCW),(In England its English Nature) was one of the culprits for not informing Cardiff,
and yes CCW is a WAG statutory organisation.

So funding is delayed by WAG due to a division of WAG being incompetent,no doubt a few red faces have appeared. Another shambles.

Yes, sounds about right, all the governmental waffle covers up an administrative cock up, putting other people's hard work in jeopardy!
