So far the only cross-border services cancelled are the Nightjet sleepersfrom/to Milan and the Centovalli line across the Swiss border.
The Trenitalia website has details of considerable new service reductions on Turin-Milan-Venice/Adriatic coast but nothing about other routes from Milan.

Isn't the Nice-Moscow sleeper cancelled?
I know that's not important for local travel and only once a week, but it does run via the Brenner route.

Yes, but only between Nice and Moscow, TI say :)
Second raft of cancellations now on the website - significant alterations on Torino-Milano/Venezia-Roma-Salerno; seat reservation system modified to comply with government ruling about being 1m apart (intriguing!)

I'm *guessing* that means they are halving 2nd capacity and only allocating every other seat, i.e. one person per airline seat pair and diagonally opposite table seats.

Interesting that they are doing this, as someone did actually propose it on another thread here.

Now the whole country is under quarantine, assume IC/Freccia cancellations will follow throughout the country...

People still get in and out daily to work, trains CH-I so far running as usual (excepted the above mentioned FART/SSIF).
At the stations police asks for reasons, name-address-etc and requires to fill a form. That’s about as “quarantine” as it will get, imho.

Yeah, I think the term "quarantine" is slightly over-egging what they're actually doing. It's more stopping leisure travel and events.

I think we will wait longer, but if it gets as bad will go rather stricter.

Even SSIF/FART are running 2x daily for commuters to Locarno.
