I thought I'd mention that the Moorswater branch will be in use once again as Colas have won a new freight flow from the LaFarge cement plant at Moorswater to Aberthaw.

Just a minor correction, as noted here http://www.cornwallrailwaysociety.org.uk/headlines---latest-reports-and-photographs the traffic will be cement coming from Lafarge Tarmac's Aberthaw cement works to Moorswater, which is being reactivated as a distribution centre for Cornwall.

Looks rather tight! Going over the viaduct this morning the ballast looks fresh between coombe junction and viaduct
