Nothing infrastructure wise. But the service was barely used and a poor use of resources which could be better used elsewhere.

Not surprising with the 529 bus running parallel around ten times an hour, although taking about 35 minutes. I don't know what the rail journey time was but I assume it was probably no more than 10 minutes, but probably at a interval of 30 minutes, and Wolverhampton station is a fair walk from the centre.

Not surprising when they failed to open Willenhall, which I recall was originally the whole point of reopening

There is still a "parliamentary" service isn't there?

Yep there is on a Saturday morning and a very small number of Virgin Trains and Arriva Trains Wales are booked to go that way in the evenings and early mornings.
