Continuing signal failures in Thameslink Core

Thanks very much, Class 377/5, excellent. In fact, as you sent me the form, I thought I might as well fill it in, but having done so I ended up making a complaint to London Overground about it!!!

Glad I could help. The form sounds a bit like a general one then if it was asking for the class of ticket!

There's something on the website about an IT fault not emailing confirmation.

Is your ticket Southern only? Or from the Southern region?

I have a confirmation and I have just realised the 20 days from complaint has now passed. About time I chased this and found out.

FYI - My ticket is a Redhill to London Terminals which I use daily on FCC to City Thameslink - The FCC service didn't turn up (and the next two cancelled) and there were delays on Southern - I ended up going to Cannon Street via London Bridge and walking to work from there which takes an extra 20 minutes - overall delay was 75 minutes

Chase it then, sound you you had another one I thoses days tbf. FCC will see a slice of your fare so chase it up and get some money back!

Seems that all is not well once again.

Signal failure last night in the Blackfriars area I believe and again tonight between Elephant and Castle and Blackfriars.

Does seem to be that they are currently unable to get through a day without some substantial delays at present
