Continue paying contributions into final salary pension after 40 years membership

I have reached 40 years contributions into the rps final salary scheme . My pensionable pay is frozen till 2030 and I will be retired before then . My query is if I continue paying contributions where does that money actually go ? Do I actually get any of it or does it just go in the big pot?
