sent email to Customer Services two weeks ago; no acknowledgement ; now trying to email the customer Services Manager whose profile on website (Ian Bullock) but the normal combinations first.lastname@arrivatrainswales.co.uk or initial.lastname etc dont work (ie email bounces back)

any suggestions please

An ex-colleague of mine now in Arriva bus has his email address as one of the national domains not his local company URL.

I was naievly hoping for even an automated response but sadly nothing.. may even (shock horror) ring them!!!
