Someone said it would be better to extend these trains from West Ealing to Ealing Broadway. From what I can see, there is only a crossover to the east of the station (just west of the spur to Acton Yard), so reversing might get in the way of other local FGW trains, and Crossrail trains.

Yeah, it has been sudgested a lot to run to Ealing Broadway, but it would need to be on it's own tracks to work, the crossing moves would screw Crossrail good and proper...

The traffic at the intermediate stops has never been that great. It would have been an ideal candidate as a spur off the West London tram project.
