Got the conductor job in Sheffield just need to pass the medical then it's off to Leeds training

It was a group excerise then a one on one interview the group exercise was the worst for me as its the unknown I believe I was very well prepared for the one on one interview and my feedback shows that

I had a similar chance a few years back and I blew it. But I put down to my age and being naive with no prep. But interview question wise i've been writing down possible questions and popping down lengthy answers. It's all competency based so i'm sure i've covered all bases :lol:
