Conductor - Interview

Good Morning,

I am very happy to say I've been successful for an interview at TPE York for a conductors role. I have my interview next week by office teams and its an hour long. I'm just wondering if anyone has had an experience with this style of interview for TPE what to expect and if anyone could give me an general advise.

Obviously I have done and will continue to do a lot of research but any tips will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
