Conductor Assessement

I am about to be invited to a Conductor Assessment for First group, has anybody done this on here? What should I expect, I have received all the practice tests.

Also, what kind of shifts do conductors do for first, ie the hours??

Varies depot to depot you might be able to do swaps to your preferred hours ie earliest or lates
