Conditions of Travel: versions

National Rail produced an August 2018 version of the Conditions of Travel, but now says the current version is from March 2018.

Is there a significant difference, and what if any legal issues could result?

LNER took over from VTEC shortly before so I suspect (but haven't checked) that that's the only change.

Thanks - I've now had a look using DiffPDF, which shows that and a couple of other changes in the list of train companies. The other differences between the documents are very minor. It's odd, though, that they are presenting the older one as current.

Having found a briefing note, the August 2018 edition corrected a mistake in the headings of the table in Condition 33.3 and updated the list of Train Companies in Appendix A.

I can't remember why it reverted to the March edition off the top of my head, however.
