Complete List & Timeline of New Stock / Cascades

There's a wealth of information in these threads, but it can be quite hard to try and see all the information in one place.

The recent thread about GWML Electrification with 'complete progress updates' that someone posts is very useful, and I'd like to replicate it to show the huge amount of new stock & cascades that are due to take place over the next few years, in one single database/spreadsheet, and I'd really appreciate your collaboration.

Can anyone confirm:
- Are all of Arriva Wales's current Class 142s, 143s and 150s 2-car units only?
