I don't know why people complain about it, or use it for that matter when they can buy tickets from the TOC sites without extra fees and with free delivery. Surely the TOCs should be advertising more the fact that you can buy tickets for all operators from them and I believe they get commission on selling tickets online too so it'd be in their interest.
