Interesting choice. I hope I have some photos lying around as I can't see me getting a chance to get a photo from inside a depot before the entry date comes!
EDIT: Not got the photos I was expecting to find to choose from, however I've made an entry from another collection of photos I'd forgotten about. How I forgot about them I don't know!
Yes, any form of railway (preserved, mainline, light, miniature, etc) is always fine unless explicitly specified by the subject (you couldn't enter preserved railway phot in a "Steam on the mainline" competition obviously!)

I've got an aerial shot of a depot that I'd like to enter, but it was taken from outside the boundaries. Seems a shame to waste it. Any chance I can enter it?
If you win a POTW you can always choose aerial shots as a category. I've got some (of depots, stations and yards) that I could enter myself to make up the numbers for you.
