Tampers, stone blowers and grinders are On-Track Machines. On-Track Plant is stuff like road-rail diggers, "cherry pickers" and truck-mounted equipment.

For the reason O L Leigh posted above. There is a difference between OTMs and OTP.

On Track Plant excludes OTMs.

OTMs can be operated outside Possessions, OTP cannot.

Not pedantic simply clarifying.

Yes both OTM and OTPs are allowed, Stacey specified "OTP - tampers and the like" so i'll take that to mean both OTP and OTM.

OTP is much harder to get at work.

Yeah, pretty much anything goes with this one. I take OTP to include whatever is in the OTP fleet list book - and that includes a lot!
