329 brings the theme of railtours to POTW.
Things that are acceptable here are:
- An in-service railtour train;
- An ECS movement of a train/locomotive directly before/after or between legs of the railtour (e.g. a light engine movement a week before is not acceptable
).
- Anything else we agree to below :razz:.
