Gone with number 8 this week, just looked too good to not vote for it.

Some really interesting shots here - I really like the perspective on No. 4 - the glint on the rails is terrific! No. 2 caught my attention also, as did 6 - it's just a shame cameras aren't good enough to capture steam in low light levels without a longer exposure. 8 is great too - though I can imagine the frustration caused by the high-intensity headlamp!

I'm going to vote for 3 here though. It's just a generally lovely shot, with the tower, 'box, and attractive little 0-6-0ST - a 'timeless preservation scene' would be a way to describe it.

Went for number 8 this week, nice and atmospheric, but this is the SECOND week I've forgotten to enter because of working!!!! And I even chose the category for the first week I missed. So, below is my entry, but this is saying nothing about the other entries, just what I interpreted as the theme.
