Interesting that there weren't many of us with pics of double-headed trains. Number 3 is the best of these ones... but many thanks to those who took the trouble to enter!

And while I'm on ('cos I rarely comment in the POTW threads), many thanks to Jordy for his continuing work to keep this running - it is much appreciated - and to everyone who has entered a picture so far this year - for me, this competition is "required viewing" on a Monday...

I would have preferred to see 1 and 3 at a different angle.

Perhaps time and the location did not permit the photographer to find a better vantage point before the opportunity passed them by in a cloud of clag (I know this is certainly the case with one of these pics).

Personal opinion. Remember, I'm not a photographer myself and therefore other voters who are photographers may have an "upper hand" when deciding.
