Compensation using Photocard number

I want to claim Additional Industry Compensation from Thameslink, but did not keep hold of any of my monthly tickets after expiry. Is there any way they can do it by checking my Photocard number?

gOLDSTAR database will have a record of your season ticket purchases. It will have name and address and photo card number recorded.

If you've got a current ticket and proof of same payments during the relevant period, believe that should be ok

Great to hear. How do I do this though as the claim form wants a ticket number and photo of the ticket?

No proof of payment unfortunately as I paid in cash.

You'll have ask the Booking Office you bought it from to look it up.
