There is a comms failure at Andover station this morning. The ticket office, ticket machines, kiosk and car park are all unable to take card payments. The information displays on the platform and station announcements are not working.
It is not a power failure. The lights are working and the ticket office can sell tickets to the few customers who carry enough cash for their tickets these days.
