In the absence of any replies, how did it go? What did it entail? I’m a bit confused about the commercial guard role but call centre maths test? Hope it went well.

Yes i was slightly confused too ! At the beginning of the test i was also told that the test was suitable for a call centre manager which was very strange !?
The test consisted of relatively easyish maths adding, subtraction and division within a scenario. It got harder and harder as the test went on and there was no time limit.
I would say i did fairly well, and i did recieve an email from SWR that i had passed but that i would also need to wait to see if i would be in the top scoring bracket as those in that bracket would be the only ones to progress further.
This may help someone at some point so hopefully this info is useful to someone.
