(Im not sure if colourblindness is all one word?)
Anyway, I have done a search and not much has come up if I am honest.
Basically, I have a really bad red-green colourblind deficiency. I have tried (and failed the Ishihara colour plate test) so I recently took a eye test at the Civil Aviation Authority in Gatwick (to see if I can be a pilot as that is my main passion!) but I failed it really badly. If I wanted to fly, I could only fly in the day, which is no use if you want to be a pilot!
So my seconds interest is trains.. So I was wondering if a red-green colourblind deficiency would be a issue if I would like to become a train driver? My blue-yellow vision is normal by the way..
Thanks very much!
And this forum looks very very good, can't wait to start using it properly!
