Hi,

Am collecting my first tickets from a machine tomorrow and after reading through some other threads here, as well as hearing from other places, what exactly should I be expecting (I've heard of people wandering off without the reservation coupon and other such things). It's a journey from Exeter Central to Yeovil Pen Mill (with 2 changes) and reservation for the middle leg. Logic tells me that I should be getting 2, one ticket, and one coupon. Can anyone confirm / deny this. I don't want to walk away with only half what I should get!

Cheers,

Adam

When you collect them you should see on the screen (when the tickets are printing) the number of tickets being printed. Ontop of this, you should end up with a ticket specifiying the booking reference, and the number of "coupons" printed. Count them up and if you have the right number you're good to go.
